Ada Lovelace is known as the "first programmer."Although,
she might more accurately be described as the first publisher of a program, as she published a program written by Babbage
(Charles Babbage was an English mathematician, philosopher, and mechanical engineer). Ada was one of the few people who
fully understood Babbage's ideas. She created a program for the Analytical Engine. Because of her work with this program she
is now credited with being the "first programmer."
